Our policies are designed to ensure complete satisfaction, and to enable a delightful and convenient shopping experience.

Jewellery Return and Exchange

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchases, or for any reason it does not meet your expectations, you can return the merchandise for an exchange or refund. This is not applicable to any personalized products. If your piece contains a Solitaire, your piece will be considered under the section: Solitaire Return And Exchange.

For a refund of the full amount, the product needs to be unused, undamaged and returned to us within 24 hours of receipt.

If we do not receive the piece within 24 hours from when you received the piece or the piece has been damaged or used in anyway, we reserve the right to decline the refund entirely or recalculate the refund amount.

Once the product is received, and it passes though our quality checks, your refund will be processed.

Any products returned after 24 hours of receipt will fall under our exchange policy prevalent at the time of return.

Solitaire Return and Exchange

We help you re-sell your solitaires so that you get the current market value. Once it passes our quality checks we list it on our site at a price that you would like to sell it at +1% service charge. Once your solitaire sells and we receive payment from the buyer we send you the funds in 7 working days after deducting our 1% service charge. Please email your bank details from the same email id used while placing the order.

How to return any Ratan Jewellers merchandise for an exchange/refund?

  1. In the event of making a return, ensure that the piece is returned to us within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. In case of exchange / refund the piece should be unused , undamaged and be placed in the original Ratan jewellers packaging. The piece should be  accompanied with the invoice, certificate(if received) and insurance policy(if received). Items showing any sign of wear or that have been altered or tampered with or damaged in any manner will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  3. In case of exchange / refund it is the clients responsibility to ensure that the product is returned to us safely and securely in the stipulated timeframe.

Terms & Conditions

  • Returns, exchanges and refunds are acceptable only within the timeframe stated in our policy.
  • For all returns, exchanges and refunds – products should be accompanied with original product certificate(if received) as well as the original/ copy invoice.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage, in any manner will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
  • Returned merchandise will be reviewed by the Quality Assurance Department.
  • Ratan Jewellers reserves the right to change the exchange/ refund amount based on quality inspection.
  • All refunds are subject to prevalent taxes.
  • Should a purchase be made using a gift card, discount or promo code, or under any promotion offered by Ratan Jewellers, the refund payable will be reduced to be equivalent to that stated in the invoice.

Cancellations by You 

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team. Request for cancellation of orders shall only be valid and accepted if they are made within 24 hours of placing your order. In using this site, you acknowledge that you shall not dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellations by Ratan Jewellers 

There may be some orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to decline or cancel any orders for any reason. Some situations may arise resulting in your order being cancelled such as limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, description or pricing information, or problems with billing. Before accepting any order, we may require additional information or verification(s). We will notify you if and when your order or a portion of your order has been cancelled, or if additional information is required before we accept your order. In case your order has been cancelled after payment has been made, the amount billed will be re-credited into your account.
