We are happy to offer our customers a lifetime exchange policy.

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase with original packaging and certificates.

The exchange value will be calculated based on the gold and diamonds used in the piece.

A] Gold

Gold : 90% of current market value*

B] Diamonds

  1. Diamonds below 7 cents : 80% of current market value*
  2. Diamonds above 7 cents & Solitaires : We help you re-sell your diamonds at current market value*. We charge you a 2% service charge.

Process

How to return any Ratan Jewellers merchandise for an exchange?

  1. The piece should be placed in the original Ratan jewellers packaging. The piece should be  accompanied with the invoice, certificate and insurance policy(if received).
  2. Items that have been altered or tampered with or damaged in any manner will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  3. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the product is returned to us safely and securely.

Terms & Conditions

  • Returned merchandise will be reviewed by the Quality Assurance Department. The decision of Ratan Jewellers will be final on any and all matters regarding to the exchange and current market value calculation.
  • Ratan Jewellers reserves the right to change the exchange amount based on quality inspection.
  • Should a purchase be made using a gift card, discount or promo code, or under any promotion offered by Ratan Jewellers, the exchange amount will be reduced to be equivalent to that stated in the invoice.

Cancellations by Ratan Jewellers 

There may be some orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to decline or cancel any orders for any reason. Some situations may arise resulting in your order being cancelled such as limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, description or pricing information, or problems with billing. Before accepting any order, we may require additional information or verification(s). We will notify you if and when your order or a portion of your order has been cancelled, or if additional information is required before we accept your order. In case your order has been cancelled after payment has been made, the amount billed will be re-credited into your account.
